Chara, the team’s artist, says:

Angeliki from the R&D department shares:
“For me, Liofyllo is the moment when science meets emotion. As a pharmacist, I use chemistry to give a ‘second life’ to the olive leaf. From our very first steps, I feel the same excitement in the lab: transforming a scientific process into something beautiful, tangible, and completely environmentally friendly.”
Athanasia, a volunteer in the production department, adds:
“If you break down our work, you will find patience, persistence, and a deep love for the Greek land. As an educator, I teach children that every effort matters, and at Liofyllo I saw that our actions can change the world. Having experienced Liofyllo from its very beginning, I help our vision travel everywhere, proving to the new generation that with determination and love for nature, creativity knows no boundaries.”
Maria, project manager, says:
